What should we do for valentines day?

So valentines day is next week. My favorite best guy friend and I were planning on doing something. (we are kinda dating but not at the same time lol) Neither of us can drive yet, (we legally could drive since we are 16, but just haven't gotten our license yet) what should we do for valentines day? any ideas for something fun?
were in wisconsin so its way too flippen cold to do anything outside.
