What should I get for my bf for valentines day?

Our 19 month anniversary will be the day before valentines day and I don't know what to get him! He keeps saying he doesn't want anything but for my birthday and Christmas he got me nice jewelry and I have a feeling he's going to get me something nice again and I don't want to give him nothing. So what should I give him? I'm already going to bake him some home made cookies and brownies. But I want to get him something else. Any ideas?
I'm also thinking about making him a blanket or pillow case or something with new England patriots fabric cuz that's his fav team.
